I took up photography thirty five years ago when I quit my job to travel around the world for eighteen months. During that trip I discovered that my most intense experiences and memories come when I am behind the lens. Since then I've taken photographs in sixty countries on six continents. My photos have won international competitions and have been exhibited in galleries and museums around the world. In 2023 I have had photos in the Yosemite Museum, the de Young Museum in San Francisco, and the National Zoological Museum of China in Beijing.
